Biography

Dr. Winchester received her Ph.D. at KU studying organometallic chemistry with a focus on transition metal catalysis.  She began her career at Phillips Petroleum Company while completing a M.S. degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.  She moved to Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP as the New Product and Tech Services Director in 2000.  In 2006, she managed technical research alliances at Chevron before being named Vice President of R&D Solutions at Research & Development Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2015. In 2018, she was named Vice President of Technology and Innovation at DanChem in Danville, VA and the following year named Global Program Manager at Momentive Performance Materials in Charlotte, NC.  At Momentive, Dr. Winchester oversees new product development, application testing, and manufacturing production trials for performance additives.
