Each summer one KU Chemistry major is selected to spend 10 weeks performing intensive research at DCU, while we provide the same opportunity for a chemical sciences major from DCU.

Application materials

1. A one (1) page essay/personal statement outlining your academic qualifications
2. Your current resume or CV
3. Two (2) letters of recommendation submitted on your behalf, at least one of them from a Chemistry Department faculty member.

The selected KU participant will interface with the KU Office of Study Abroad & Global Engagement to make international travel arrangements and participate in training. 

The program grew out of a long-term collaboration between Professors Craig and Sue Lunte at KU, and Professor Blánaid White at DCU.
