Chemistry partners with School of Pharmacy to make hand sanitizer

Tuesday, May 12, 2020

To help supplement the needs of those serving our campus and community, the Department of Chemistry partnered with the School of Pharmacy to create batches of hand sanitizer for distribution.

Chemistry Chair Bob Dunn, joined Pharmacy Professor Michael Hageman, Pharmacy Dean Ronald Ragan, and BIO Center students to deliver the Jayhawk-made sanitzer to local childcare facilities.

A special thank you to all involved for rising to the call for Lawrence and KU!
