KU Chemistry alumnus Jana L. Markley was named one of the 2018 CAS SciFinder® Future Leaders. Markley earned her PhD in chemistry from the University of Kansas in 2016 with research advisor Prof. Paul Hanson. She is currently working as a post-doc with Prof. Timothy Wencewicz at Washington University in St. Louis. Markley was also recently honored with a 2018 W.M. Keck Postdoctoral Fellowship from Washington University. Congratuations to Dr. Markley on her continued success!
