Elles, Barybin receive CLAS awards

Congratulations to KU Chemistry Professors Chris Elles and Misha Barybin on their recent CLAS awards!

Elles was presented the J. Michael Young Academic Advisor Award, which is a student nominated award that recognizes undergraduate advisors who have provided exceptional commitment to advising. A $1000 award was included.

 

Barybin was presented the Grant K. Goodman Undergraduate Mentor Award.  This award recognizes faculty who continue to have mentoring relationships with students that last past their classroom and show a selfless commitment to student mentoring. A $1000 award was included.
